Do you offer a trial lesson before committing to a package?

How do I pay for tutoring sessions?
Payment is collected monthly in advance, either in cash during a session in Tanta or via bank transfer. Receipts are provided for every payment upon request.
Can I switch between packages during the month?
You can adjust your package at the start of the next billing cycle. If a student needs more or fewer sessions, we recommend discussing this with the tutor in advance so scheduling stays consistent.
What happens if a lesson is missed?
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled within the same month. Missed lessons without prior notice are counted as used within the monthly package.
Are lesson materials included in the price?
Yes, all packages include worksheets, practice questions, and exam preparation materials tailored to the student's level. There are no separate charges for standard study materials.
